Most but not all. Check the package definitions within
http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/horde/ to see the
remaining patches. Currently I do not maintain a list of Horde patches
in the wiki but I will do that once Horde 3.2 has been
released. Currently the package definitions still rely on CVS
snapshots and the effort for documenting this will make more sense
once the next Horde version is available.
The first alpha release of Horde 3.2 has actually been released last
week. So it won't take much longer anymore.
You might be able to run an unpatched version in the end but I can't
guarantee this at the moment. You should probably inquire again once
we are nearer to the release :)
Cheers,
Gunnar
