[Kolab-devel] Change notice for Kolab native ports

Just a short note to the people maintaining a native port of the Kolab server:

I replaced the old kolab-horde-fbview package with the two new
packages horde/fbview-horde and horde/fbview-kronolith. It should be
possible to derive the package definition from the specs and patches
in those two directories. If there are questions, please don't
hesitate to ask.
