[Kolab-devel] [issue1686] Remove WebDAV Support

The support for upload fb lists should be entirely removed after the release of
Kolab 2.1.

Rational: FB lists are generated on the server and only these lists are correct 
in the event of multiple relevant caldendar folder. Last but not least there
are good security reasons to disable this unused feature. After all removing 
this old stuff reduces the complexity.
