Toltec patch allows any /vendor/ annotations, but this is not accepted 
by cyrus developers, since there's a possibility to abuse the annotate 
database (which in its current form not the most robust thing), my patch 
only allows the three (two + one for testing by kmail) annonations.

Waiting for this, but till it's ready, I think my patch is the simplest 
and cleanest solution which can be accepted upstream.
