[Kolab-devel] [issue1418] fields visible even when attribute_access is "hidden" in session_vars.php

New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:

The kolab web-interface can restrict the entries a normal user sees on the "My
User Settings" page by modifying $params['attribute_access'] appropriately in
/kolab/var/kolab/php/admin/include/session_vars.php. This works when settings a
field to "ro" (read-only) but not for "hidden". If a field is set to hidden, it
doesn't appear at the usual place in the page. Instead it's at the end of the
page in an editable field without a label.

Tested with kolab server 2.0.4.
