[Kolab-devel] [issue1416] make HTML signatures possible

Proko 2.1.4,    
it should be possible to use HTML signatures.  
This is a requirement in business situations where many people send  
and receive HTML Emails. The feature should probably get enough warnings 
attached.   
   
There is also a wish for KDE which includedes a first patch    
(with some problems). Further discussion there.
