As mentioned in issue407:
Whole day events are shown off by some hours, because the server doesn't know
the correct time zone.
Example: An event for today (CEST) is displayed as taking place from 2AM this
day until 2AM the next day in Kontact's f/b view.

Tested with Kolab server 2.0.4 and Kontact Version 1.0 (proko2 2.1.4)
