I do not know who from this port reads here, 
at least the port was not done in coordination with the Kolab Server 
developers. I suggest to report to the porters or Debian.

Our customers run the KolabServer/OpenPKG version on Debian successfully
for many years. Installation is downloading one directory and run one command.
Then you can bootstrap.
