[Kolab-devel] [issue1463] Backport more settings for the Kontact icon bar

With issue1003 Kontact from proko2 branch acquired a way to hide the icon bar on
the left of the Kontact mainwindow completely.  How much effort would it be to
backport more of the settings from newer KDEPIM versions, like icon size or
whether or not to show the text under the icons, as mentioned in msg6081?
