New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:
A customer reports the following problem with kdepim proko2.1.4:
After starting kontact, conflict dialogs appear for calendar entries and after
dealing with these dialogs kontact crashes. Sometimes it doesn't crash
immediately, but when the user tries to quit kontact. A restart of the computer
doesn't help. The user already tried to rebuild the imap cache to make sure
this isn't caused by a corrupt cache. That didn't help either.
Also, kontact doesn't start completely. The progressbar in the splash screen
stops at 83%. At that point kontact is usable to an extent. The kmail part
works for instance.
The user had some problem with kontact prior to this, ever since the update to
proko2.1.4. Kontact would crash when started for the first time but would later
work fine.
I've attached the backtrace of the segmentation fault produced with gdb and "run
--nofork".
