Kolab 2.1beta2:

When clicking on "Modify" for a shared folder, the "Folder Type" is at first
displayed as non-changeable (like "Folder Location" and "Folder Name"). One has
to submit the (unchanged) entry at least once to get the "Folder Type" field
changed to a modifiable state.
