AFAIR there is no local cache in Horde. Unlike the other Kolab clients, it
only qualifies as an online client. You need a connection to the Horde
server anyway, so it makes no sense to cache data on that server IMO.
For offline scenarios, you're running better with clients like Kontact or
with OL plus a connector.
