[Kolab-devel] [issue1188] Domain maintainers should not have access to the addressbook menu in the admin frontend

If I understand it correctly the domain-maintainers are not provided with LDAP
write access to generate entries in the global kolab address book. Nevertheless
the webadmin frontend displays the menu entry for the address book. I attached a
patch to remove this menu entry for domain-maintainers.
