This looks like you are running kolab with the newest horde sources
(>=3.0.0). This is not supported by the standard kolab installation
and I assume you installed Kolab on Gentoo.

It is helpful if you state that in your error reports ;)

The correct location for submitting tickets for the Kolab version on
Gentoo is

http://projects.gunnarwrobel.de/kolab/newticket

But thanks for the error analysis. Helped me to fix the problem
quicker.

I updated the kolab-resource-handler installation and I hope it is
working now.
