[Kolab-devel] [issue1184] proko2 client should honor system timezone

Seen with proko2.0.6 client on SuSE 10.0:

- new system with timezone set to "Europe/Netherlands" with hwclock set to UTC
- new account, initialised with kolabwizard
- timezone in KOrganizer is now set to "not selected"
- add some events
- change timezone in KOrganizer to "Europe/Amsterdam"
- events suddenly shift by 2h

I find this behaviour confusing enough to call it a bug. Given that the system
already has the local timezone set, setting it again in kontact should not
change the appointments at all.
