[Kolab-devel] [issue1174] Kolab/OpenPKG hides error messages on startup

When starting services using the OpenPKG rc mechanism no error
messages issued by the executed programs are shown.  (or logged)

So, if a service fails it is nearly impossible to debug the problem
using the normal start/stop procedure.
