sure if this patch is good for the openpkg kolab version.

Hmm,  I think it will work fine.  The Makefile.cvs in perl-kolab contains:
PATH:=/kolab/bin:$(PATH)

all:
        test -d $(KOLABRPMSRC)/$(PACKAGE) || mkdir $(KOLABRPMSRC)/$(PACKAGE)
        ./bootstrap && ./configure --prefix=/kolab \


In other words /kolab/bin/perl will be found before /usr/bin/perl :)
