[Kolab-devel] Handling ldap in the bootstrap script

The kolab_bootstrap script runs the ldap server without specific
user/group settings. If I run the bootstrap script as root user on
gentoo the complete database changes it's permissions to root. Since
the ldap server is usually run as ldap/ldap it will later fail to
access the data. 

I fixed the bootstrap script to circumvent the problem on gentoo. I do
not know if the same kind of problem exists on other distributions but
I attached the patch in case it is useful for others too.
