The KMail part of contact has an option "Store sent messages encrypted" in the
security settings.  This checkbox doesn't have an effect anymore.  If an
encrypted email is sent, it will always be stored as an encrypted mail in the
sent messages folder, regardless of the "Store sent messages encrypted" setting.

Tested with kdpeim proko2 branch.  According to a user it also doesn't work in
KDE 3.5.
