Hi, 
I am not sure about it but lets see what I think. When sending from an 
unprivileged network, your are only allowed to send mails with the domain 
part of your kolabHomeServer in the sender address. 

Regarding to your ldap-log your homeserver is 
kolab.gloriacompany.ru. But you try to send mails with mail2.gloriacompany.ru. 
Therefor your mail is rejected. You either need to change your KolabHomeServer 
or the senderaddress.
