In CVS HEAD sending as delegate is broken since 28 Nov 2005 in CVS revision 1.6 of
server/kolabd/kolabd/kolab_smtpdpolicy.in

The code for handling delegates got removed during Steffen's cleanup of the
smtpd policy server.

(Kolab 2.0 doesn't have this problem)
