Userprefix and Sharedprefix of Cyrus IMAP are not customizable via autoconf/automake methods.

The parameters are written in the following files:
/kolab/etc/kolab/templates/imapd.conf.template 
userprefix: user
sharedprefix: shared

/kolab/lib/perl/vendor_perl/5.8.7/Kolab/Cyrus.pm
    my $uidprefix = 'user';
    $uidprefix = 'shared';

Imho this should be configurable by configuration files directive and/or autoconf/automake methods.
