[Kolab-devel] [issue1319] Easy move of appointments into different calendar

Once an appointment is stored in a calendarfolder it is not possible the move  
the appointment into a different folder in an easy user friendly way.  
 
The only way is to move the correct mail from one folder into the other. 
  
It would be an good idea to implement the "move into calendar function" in the  
RMB-Menu on a event in the calendar view.
