[Kolab-devel] [issue1291] Loading events dialog takes focus - interrupting work.

KDE client:    
    
the progress dialog when loading several event objects    
takes the mouse focus when it appears.   
This interrupts the workflow in the coporate environment a lot.   
  
While speeding up the loading of calendar objects making the dialog  
go away for many cases (issue1118), we should meanwhile improve 
the experience for users. 
 
Shortest solution a): Do not grab the focus when the dialog appears. 
Soluttion b): Integrate the loading dialog into the window, similiar to 
the sync progress window. 
 
You can implement b) right away, if this is easy to do, 
otherwise implement a).
