This is splitting up the KDE client part of issue947 .      
 
Please implement in KDE Kontact proko2 branch and trunk      
that the user can see its quota,     
according to Davids internally communicated ideas.      
      
- IMAP QUOTA capability detection in kio_imap4   
- IMAP GETQUOTAROOT command in kio_imap4  (RFC-2087)   
- Retrieving QUOTA usage and limit as part of the sync, for each folder.   
- GUI for displaying quota values   
   + in the folder properties dialog like   
+http://www.thunderbird-mail.de/hilfe/dokumentation/images/imap_quota.png   
     and http://www.uni-koeln.de/rrzk/mail/quota-ns7.jpg   
   + Optionally: also in the folder list like in   
+http://people.redhat.com/dmalcolm/ScreenshotOfIMAPQuota.png   
       (maybe only when at least one quotaroot is > 90%?)   
- Translation and releases   
- Forward-porting to other branches (e.g. trunk)
