Kontact needs a long time to process long free/busy lists.  A customer reports
10 minutes for a free/busy list with about 300 entries.  In my tests Kontact
only needs 10s for a list with 500 entries but that still seems overly long. 
It's not the server which takes long here. It only is the processing in the
client after the list has been downloaded.

According to a screenshot of an strace produced by the customer, kontact spends
its time accessing files in /usr/share/zoneinfo.
