When commenting out a SERVICE definition in cyrus.conf.template, the comment
character is not put into the generated cyrus.conf, e.g.:

SERVICES {
#  @@@cyrus-imap@@@
  @@@cyrus-imaps@@@
  @@@cyrus-pop3@@@
  @@@cyrus-pop3s@@@
  ...

will generate the imap service line as if it wasn't commented out.

In main.cf.template this is no problem.
