I've got a problem with folder sharing in Outlook 2003.

The problem is that when a calendar or any folder is shared and the shared user
renames the folder to something that's easier for them to understand, all
permissions are taken away from the owner and placed with the shared user; but
the shared user cannot modify the permissions.

1. Common user shares calendar with User2.
2. In Outlook 2003 the folder "/user/Common/Calendar" shows up.
3. User2 decides that they don't like the name and changes it to "Common Calendar".
4. After syncronisation, Toltec shows the Common user is no longer sharing the
calendar, but now all folder sharing permissions that the Common user had on the
calendar folder gets transfered to User2's renamed "Common Calendar".
5. In Common users Outlook 2003, a folder called "/user/User2/Common Calendar"
shows up after syncronisation.
