Proko2 on Debian Sarge (KDE 3.3.2), 2.0.6 and Revision 505716:

With a few hundered appointments, the regular operations get very slow.
You can reproduce easily:

Use the da_appointment.py from the CVS test utils, create 400 appointments
or so. You will see a progress dialog pop up for several seconds
on initial startup and even in between sometimes.

I remember there was a complaint about this long ago and I think
that Bo did something that parsing happened completely before the display.
This will still be the case, but isn't there other room for improvement?
