In server 2.0 and 2.1, when deleting an address book entry, the following text
appears:

Message:
Address book entry with DN cn=First Last,cn=external,dc=example,dc=com was deleted

Entry Deleted
The address with DN cn=First Last,cn=external,dc=example,dc=com has been deleted


I haven't checked other deletions.
