[Kolab-devel] [issue1538] outlook invitation forwarding broken in Kolab server 2.1

Tested with Kolab server 2.1beta3+cvs20061123 and outlook 2003SP2+Toltec 2.0.10.

When an outlook user receives an invitation from another outlook user and tries
to forward that invitation mail to a third outlook user the kolab server rejects
the mail with the message 

    554 <sender at example.com>: Sender address rejected: Invalid sender

This is probably the same problem as kolab/issue665 for which a workaround was
implemented in Kolab server 2.0.  It seems it's broken again in 2.1.
