Proko2 2.1.4:    
    
Moving emails from online imap to a global folder    
in an dimap account does not work.   
   
To reproduce:   
   
a) create two global folders   globala, globalb   
b) have a userc that has two accounts configured:  dimap, online imap   
c) send an email to userc   
d) sync and move the email from online imap/Inbox to dimap/shared/globala  
Observation: It looks fine, the email is gone from Inbox, and appeared in  
globala.  
e) sync again.  
Failure: the email is back into online imapd/inbox and gone from globala
