New submission from Bernhard Herzog <bh at intevation.de>:
The resmgr replies to replies in certain circumstances and may create a mail
loop as a result. I tested it with Kolab server 2.0.4 but the problem is
probably also present in earlier versions and in 2.1
Consider a resource account with the invitation policy "always reject" for
anyone. Now for some reason a text/calendar message with method "reply" is sent
to that resource. Now, if the only invitation policy rule that matches the
sender of the message is the rule for "anyone" the resmgr will send a "decline"
reply to the organizer of the event. The resmgr always does this, regardless of
the itip method. It should only do it for "request"s, AFAICT.
If the organizer also has set up an "always reject" rule this can create a mail
loop where the resmgr continuously sends replies to the organizer on behalf of
the organizer.
