[Kolab-devel] [issue1385] add .signature at top of reply

Some users including when replying to an email want to add their comments and
.signature on top of the reply followed by the cited mail.  If it's easy to
implement this issue can be made kkc.  A button in the composer that inserts the
signature at the current cursor position would be enough.

Diskussions of the merits of making it easier to top-post should take place in
the corresponding KDE wish-list item:
