Kontakt proko2.1.2 on SuSE 10.0

I just tried to use "Copy Folder To" to copy a folder from an DIMAP account to
an IMAP account. Kontact crashed immediately - backtrace attached. This was
reproducible.

I will try a newer SVN version as Bernhard suggested in issue1344, but I wanted
to file this report for completeness.
