You better do it, as I don't know exactly what you want to with the page.
Is it for openpkg or for other distributions.  From what I see, I think
that you want to described the openpkg build.
Than it could be:
-------------------
#cd server/kolabd
#make

This will give you an openpkg rpm (I think).  See
http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/kolabd/Makefile?rev=1.10&content-type=text/vnd.viewcvs-markup
for possibilities.
