[Kolab-devel] updated wiki page to build kolab cvs packages

Starting from an already installed kolab system it allow to update the
most important packages from CVS for testing purposes:

Please review if it's fine

The next steps will be to create a procedure to build kolab completely
from scratch, including OpenPKG source packages.
