Several quirks in the Kolabwizard. 
(Torsten: we probably should mention them as known issues.) 
 
kw1: There is a change in that workgroup folders are not hidden 
     by default anymore. They still should be hidden by default. 
 
kw2: Even with an empty .kde, there is a contact file resource 
     in there. If this is in there before the wizard runs,  
     isn't it possible to change this to be similiar to calendar and notes? 
 
kw3: When choosing online imap, it would be nicer if showing 
     only locally subscribed folders would be activated from the beginning 
     in both added resources. Also it would be nice to unsubscribe 
     the groupware folders from the online imap account right away.
