The real problem imho is not the getquota/setquota along with ACL
checking and mailbox existance checking which is a good "integrity
checking activity" to verify that cyrus is alligned with ldap.

The only problem is that there's no methods for "single account
creation" on kolabd.
Imho it should be quite easy to implement such methods having quite \all
the needed functionality within syncBasic() function .
