Would it be possible to store client folder settings on the server.   
I'm thinking of:   
- should be emails be grouped  
- what identity to use  
 
At this moment it is required to tell kontact/kmail on each computer that 
use, that most the folders should group emails.  Well if it is possible to 
store such informaton on the server that would be very good.
