Kolabfilter rewrites invitations forwarded by outlook for various reasons (the
gory details are in issue665).  There's a bug in the current implementation,
though (kolab-resource-handlers-0.3.9-20050912): The organizer field that is
added by the kolabfilter does not contain "mailto:". E.g. the field looks like

ORGANIZER;CN=Kolab User:kolabuser at example.com

When outlook receives such a rewritten invitation and the user has double
clicked on the attachment the email address of the organizer is shown as
"er at example.com", i.e. the first 7 characters are missing.  7 happens to be the
number of characters  in "MAILTO:".  And indeed when I insert a MAILTO: into the
line (manually with a text editor on the server) outlook shows the organizer's
mail address correctly.   Thus the correct (as far as outlook compatibility is
concerned) line is:

ORGANIZER;CN=Kolab User:MAILTO:kolabuser at example.com
