Hi Joon, 
 
Toltec 2.0.5-de OL 2003 German Windows XP SP2. 
Report by an admin which had several cases: 
 
Repeated starting and closing of Outlook can bring up an error message, 
which asks the user to disable Toltec. If the user does this, Toltec cannot 
be re-enabled as indicated. 
 
Especially if you use the extra -> options -> other -> enhanced options -> AddIn 
Manager to reenable the Toltec tabs and menu choises will not reappear. 
 
If you disable Toltec via the Addin manager and reenable, everything is fine. 
 
I could not reproduce the error, though the reporter says that he can do so 
within a few open/close/open ...s and has not problem of recreated the issues 
within 10 minutes. 
 
If this had happened the profile of the user must be completely rereacted 
which is quite an effort and makes this a serious bug.
