A customer reports problems with empty mails after a dimap sync with kdepim
proko2 2.0.1.  The symptoms are the same as described in
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=104073

The user where this happened has some filter rules all of which move mail from
the inbox to a local, i.e. non-dimap, folder.
