Kontact/Kmail has difficulties decoding a attachments of type message/rfc822
that are quoted-printable encoded.  Usually, it can't event parse the headers
correctly  resulting in the attachment being shown with empty subject, etc.

You can produce such a message in kontact by forwarding a mail as attachment and
selecting quoted-printable as the transfer encoding for the attachment in the
composer.
