When we add a maintainer, kolab verify if "Unique User ID" is already in use,
but not correctly.

For example :
I've create an User with Unique User ID : ega at atolcd.com (with first name et
last name ega).
I can create a maintainer with Unique User ID : ega (with first name et last
name ega). But the user ega at atolcd.com is no more usable.
