can Marcus and me get write permission to cvs, it's not nice to be hold up 
because there is noone around to commit to cvs.  Of course we should not 
commit to HEAD but to a branch.  The branch could be called e.g. 'autoconf'.  
After Marcus and me finished or think that we are more or less finished, the 
autoconf branch can be merged with HEAD.  I think that this will speed up the 
autoconf/port of kolab dramatically.
