Toltec 2.0.7 beta13 (and before),   
   
the folder right permission setting:   
   
"Set Seen Flag" is confusingly named. 
 
According to my tests, the "s" permission at cyrus 
imapd will give people their own seen flag store. 
Thus if you give people at least read permissions,  
this is the right flag to set. 
So far Cyrus Imapd does not allow for a "shared" seen flags store 
that several people could modify. Not all documentation about 
Cyrus seems to be in sync with reality here. 
 
I would suggest a different meaning: 
"Seen Flag Store allowed". 
 
The problem with the current naming and current Cyrus imapd is 
that people assume they could just leave this setting off and then 
run into troubles.
