When creating a new appointment there is no easy/fast way to add myself as a
participating (i.e. confirmed) attendee. Using the "New" button and typing part
of my name or browsing through the "Select Addressee" list isn't very
comfortable for a task that has to be done that often.

For a secretary making appointments it would be good to have a preference
setting to not add self by default, but the boss instead.

I'm not completely sure if this default entry should always start as "Accepted
Participant" or if default role and status should be configurable, too.
