When using the mail delivery feature in Kolab so that incoming mail is not
delivered into the INBOX but into some other folder, outlook with toltec 2.0 rc
2 displays some mails incorrectly.  All lines are shown as one line as if the
line breaks are ignored.  AFAICT this happens when the mail uses transfer
encoding quoted-printable.  It works fine for plain text with transfer encoding
7bit.  See the attached file for a very simple test mail.

I think this is an outlook or toltec bug.  Kontact has no problems showing the
mail correctly, even when accessing the same imap folder.  The mail looks OK on
the server too.
