According to its structure the failing message is a normal email message 
with an ical attachment. Without actually seeing the message it's 
impossible to say whether we can treat it as invitation without causing 
problems with normal messages with ical attachments which are not 
broken invitation messages.

It would be good if you could create a failing example invitation 
without sensitive data.
